DEFINITION OF TERMS

Camera Types:

Standard High Definition (SHD) - Excellent cameras like the Sony FX1, Canon A1, Panasonic 200, etc.
Incredible resolution, these groundbreaking cameras shook the video world. They do struggle in
low light, however, and record to tape.

Premium High Definition (PHD) - The Sony EX-1 has changed everything. Unlike the 1440 x 1080
SHD cameras above, the EX-1 has full 1920 x 1080 chips. Further, unlike the 1/3 inch chips
used on SHD, the EX-1 uses half-inch chips. It records to solid state flash — no tape — no hard
drive — no moving parts. This camera is the best of the best. When selecting Photo/Video Packages this camera is the ultimate in extracting stunningly high quality stills.

Editing Types:

Simple Clean-Up - we mix audio, choose music, and eliminate duplicate shots.

Standard - 40 hours of editing, includes slow motion, black and white, and other F/X. Opening includes
special backgrounds, customized names, and wedding date.

Enhanced -15 to 20 additional hours of editing with elegantly layered video, using several film techniques to
tell your story. Our editors will create a visual masterpiece. The opening is completely custom
utilizing your invitation and wedding colors.

DVD Menu Types:

Standard Definition DVD's come in different flavors.While all have the same visual quality, there are
differences in Menus & Presentation.

Menu choices

Simple: each chapter generated automatically every 5 minutes or

Custom: specific chapter points, i.e., Vows, Rings, etc.

Packaging

Economy packages print a simple b&w title on the disc with an attractive, generic, DVD case and sleeve.
Standard packages provide custom direct-to-DVD artwork and custom case art.

Delivery:

High Definition can be delivered on Blu-Ray disc with either simple or custom menu.

Hard Drive: we strongly suggest archiving all footage on a hard drive.

Form

Long Form - This is the 60 to 90 minute documentary version of your event.
Most of the ceremony, primarily live audio, digitally edited to form a beautiful and concise version of your day.

1-Song Recap - A single song Artistic Recap of the entire event

Short Form - A 10 minute Artistic Recap of the entire event

Cinematic Trailer - A 5-7 recap of the day presented in cinematic movie trailer style.

Narrative Cinematic Trailer - utilizes cleverly edited audio narrative from the day to present the finished product.

Economy Packages (for those with a limited budget)

While your images are priceless, we understand that some budgets are very limited. We offer economy packages with this need in mind. Economy packages feature simple clean-up editing, casually dressed DVD?s, and no re-edits (except errors). They feature HD Cameras.

Standard package have no limits on locations, feature custom, fully dressed DVD?s, our standard level of editing, 1 Hour of re-edits, and include a Blu-Ray version of the edit. They feature HD Cameras

Blu-Ray: 1 Blu-Ray DVD

VM Elite Reserve

Elite reserve packages feature Bob Farnsworth and the Elite Reserve crew. 8 hours of coverage, Enhanced Editing, up to 4 Hours of re-edits, Sony Ex Series Premium Tapeless 1080p HD Cameras, the revolutionary Canon 5D MII DSLR Video Camera. Fully Dressed DVD's, Blu- Ray DVD, and All Raw Footage on Hard Drive for client to archive.

Elite One
Cameras: 2 Camera Operators, PHD & 5D
Hours: 8 continuous
Editing: Enhanced Edited Long Form & Cinematic Trailer
DVD: 3 Standard Def w/Custom menu and Custom DVD/Case, 1 Blu-Ray
Extras: Includes All Raw Footage on Hard Drive

Elite Two

Hours: 8 continuous
